Unique Culinary Experience

Chef Rob, a culinary professional, entered the restaurant world at the age of fifteen. He went on to attend Johnson & Wales University as well as the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy. After completion of his studies he attained Head Chef title at the restaurant Upstairs in Upper Montclair, New Jersey at the age of twenty four. Soon after he embarked on a journey to New York City securing Sous Chef positions at several acclaimed restaurants including Stanton Social, Beauty & Essex, Vandal, Milos, and Scarpetta where he honed his culinary skills. Gaining substantial industry knowledge he expanded his creativity into the scene of Private Dining to provide a unique culinary experience in an intimate setting with eclectic menus sure to WOW guests for any occasion.

  • 'In-home' events which are typically four course seated dinners  

  • Different concepts for larger catered events.

  • Select & provide wines to pair with the menu and/or Charcuterie Boards for additional charge.

  • Services include; overall preparation, purchasing, travel, on-site execution of menu, as well as serving & clean-up

  • Well versed in all cuisines, accommodation to any and all allergies & dietary restrictions.
